YouTube id for YouTube Brand Accounts

Hi all, wondering if you guys can help me with this.

For YouTube Brand Accounts that are not tagged to the users, what do we put as YouTube id in TagDiv editor? Right now it seems impossible and I am updating subscriber numbers manually…

Hi bengyeow, please make sure that you are using the last theme version, Newspaper v10.3.8 and you have set the youtube api key ->https://forum.tagdiv.com/youtube-api-key/ after that clear all cache and cdn (if you are using) then the option should work.
If there is still a problem, please provide some more details and some screenshots.

Hi Calin, yes, the api is working and the link by clicking the box is working, however, the subscriber number remains inaccurate, it is displaying 0 if I leave the fixed number empty. I really do not wish to be updating it manually daily.

Hi bengyeow, if you want I can take a look to this situation, for this please make a full backup and send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and I will inspect the problem. Provide wp-admin link and credentials and include the link of this thread in email.
