How are you guys? I was thinking it has good support. But in my situation it is very different. I asked the same question 3 times in here (support forum), but after 48 hours no one answered me. Then I was also a comment about it in the themeforest comment section, but after 24 hours no one responded. Really disappointed. 48 hours & 24 hours no ANSWER. No SUPPORT.
Hi Ganzorig, we are sorry for the inconvenience, at the moment the Support team is not 24/7 available. We provide support from Monday to Friday from 08:00AM to 05:00PM GMT+2. Also Monday and Tuesday were two holidays in Romania (20-11/01-12-2020).
