I wrote you on e-mail and did not get answer about social counter plugin. Plugin worked before 7 days and counted 270 Follower on Facebook and 70 on Instagram and then stopped. Twitter works fine but facebook and instagram not working ok, it shows old numbers.
Theme and plugins are all updated.
Hi neoweb, unfortunately because we had 2 holiday’s it will during some more time until we’ll reply to all email.
There have been some changes on Instagram api and now our theme has no more access to get the followers from the Instagram api, but the Facebook counter should work.

Rather than opening a new thread, I thought I’d ask my question here. All my social media accounts are brand new, but when I gained a follower on Twitter the count didn’t update. Is there a delay on that update in the widget? Is it real-time or does the API pull the follower information on set times?
Instagram doesn’t show followers either (tried with several accounts) but I saw this is a known issue. Is that issue limited to Instagram or does it happen with more social media?
Hi NIVEKii, I just checked our list with api blocked and until now we have the Instagram and now is look that the api for Twitter is blocked too, that is way is no longer working. Right now the problem is only with those two socials. I hope that our developers will find a way to get those data as before.
