I have the latest version and trying to use the WYSWYG editor but cannot seem to swap out an image
looking over the documentation and it eludes me

Hi, now the default WordPress editor is the Gutenberg editor -> https://themeisle.com/blog/what-is-gutenberg/ WYSWYG/classic editor you can add an image using this guide -> https://www.pair.com/support/kb/adding-images-to-your-wordpress-content/
