Just bought Newspaper, but it turns out that it’s not as good as I expected to be, and can’t execute tasks i was fond of doing with my previous theme. I wish to rollback to it, and so, can i get a refund to my payment method i used on Evanto?
What did you expect that the theme didn’t do? Which theme are you trying to roll back to?
Iam Rolling back to Publisher Theme by Better Studio. Its a better theme for our site’s needs than Newspaper which has forced several setups to slow down on our side. So, If we can get a refund, it would be really great for us and move away from the Theme.
Can anyone from Tagdiv please help with my request?
