Header now changing in Homepage

Hi, I clicked on Create Mobile page form TAGDIV Composer (https://ibb.co/hs21Yz3) and created one mobile page for my homepage.

But then I deleted the Mobile page from My page section of WordPress.

But after that the header of the homepage is showing the old header(The mobile version) and I’m not able to change it.
While editing in tagDiv its showing the updated header but when I’m opening it in mobile to test it’s still showing the older Header(Mobile Version).

Header showing in tagDiv : https://ibb.co/cDchj8Y
Header Which is displaying on mobile (Old Mobile Version): https://ibb.co/44xSKwz

Note:
1. I have cleared all cache and tested it many times.
2. It was working absolutely fine before I clicked on Create Mobile page form TAGDIV and created a mobile version of my homepage.

UPDATE SUBJECT : Header not changing in Homepage

Adding Some Information:
> After Create the mobile version from tagDIV I have installed “tagDiv Mobile Theme” and “Official AMP for WP” and activated both.
> After setting it up I deactivated it as I didn’t like the theme. And after that I deleted my Mobile version from My Posts section of WordPress as stated above.

I don’t know if these plugin triggered this bug or not but it’s better to give you guys all the information.

Yeah figured it out. Created new mobile header and a new mobile page.

But it’s actually a bug. If you create a mobile page from tagDIV and then delete the mobile page from WordPress pages section then this issue will occur.

Hello Bettina,

the problem looks same as listed above.
I have created the mobile page using tagdiv composer, then I deleted the mobile page from page section in WordPress, re-installed the tagdiv composer, but still on mobile header, footer and other elements display as in the mobile page I already deleted. I want to get back to the view I have set up in the main page in tagdiv composer.

Hello!

If you created a mobile page, then you should assign that mobile page to your page from desktop and will be displayed on mobile version the design from mobile page.
Please check this topic to understand how you can assign the mobile pages to your website: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/edit-mobile-version/
Hope that helps you!

Thank you!

Bettina, I have created and later deleted it.

Somehow it still shows up sometimes.

How it should look like:

Footer: https://www.screencast.com/t/VmlxJXbk

How it actually looks like:

Hello!

The issue can be from a plugin conflict, that’s why, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache(also from your browser) and try again.
If this problem is not solved after that, then we need to take a look and see what happened there.
Please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide the following:
– admin url and credentials
– a link to this topic in order to identify you
Our team will take a look!

Thank you!
