Have problem "Background Ad"

Dear All

I’ve problem with the display of “Background Ad”, it’s defective

Defective display

Normaly the image will be side of ad website (left and right) but, it’s show under the top banner instead !!

please help me

Hi,
If the Background Ads is set as in our guide from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-background-ads/ then this should be display correctly.
If there is still a problem, please let me know and provide a link where I can inspect this situation.

Hi,
I think that you are referring that the background image is not visible, this is because you need to set the image to repeat or stretch it -> https://i.imgur.com/W6Y4Xn0.png
Try the settings from there and hope this will help you!
