Hi,
I will try to help you with some screenshots because is more easy to understand.
After you install the plugin go back on your WP Dashboard click on Contact > Contact Forms and copy the code under Shortcode https://www.screencast.com/t/NngJWh1j after that click on pages> hover the page you have for contact and select edit with td Composer ( https://www.screencast.com/t/sqDfb18UaqP ) or you can click on the page and after is open click the button TAGDIV Composer ( https://www.screencast.com/t/4iZR8xcZb5 ).
After TD Composer is open click on add element ( https://www.screencast.com/t/rHVSES71x ), click on the row and drag it at the bottom of your page (or were you like to be your contact https://www.screencast.com/t/pPYxfNGA) and drop the row there , then search for column text then drag it and drop him on the row ( https://www.screencast.com/t/YCmZGKn5Qwn ) click on it and the in sidebar from the left click on edit Content ( https://www.screencast.com/t/75fZTYkFoy ) then paste the code there and click on save and view page ( https://www.screencast.com/t/iT5Ex0ytiu ).

Hi again Calin,
Im very sory! Thats wath i did first time and the form was working fine. However there was an update for the theme (Version: 10.3.9 ). After that i had to rebuild the page, and i deleted the entire rows and columns and start to had new divs to the page. After that i did everything like you sad and is no longer working.
In this page http://ceto.tk/?page_id=748 in the bottom right before the footer theres a column with a H3 title called ENTRE EM CONTACTO, and after that there’s a column text element. When i put the form code inside and, and when i click the cross to close this element, nothing appens just the same the same placeholder text: Html code here! Replace this with any non empty text and that’s it.
Should i go back on the theme version?

Right now is look that there is no shotcode set -> https://i.imgur.com/XvBwPrq.png also make sure that is not a plugin conflict that block the WP editor to work correctly.

Not working in td composer. Just did everything you said before. Tried to change the permalinks to previous one; all the instaled plugins are updated; 70% of them are from theme instalation, the other ones is jetpack, yoast, wp super cache and one to search and replace data base. All of them were instaled from the beggining.
However this issue is solved!! Using classical wordpress editor, it was quiet easy to find the row/column to insert the contact form7 code
