It seems you use mobile pages and you need to create a new header and footer template and you can introduce them by accessing Website Manager like here: https://www.screencast.com/t/QCWzdv0zT3ue
Also you can create a footer menu for your page like this: https://www.screencast.com/t/venQFKe0
