Hi,
In Theme panel–>Theme fonts I customized the fonts choosing Google Fonts. I’m reading that the “Load defaults fonts” flag means the loading of both Opensans and Roboto. Why both? I need to use only Opensans. How can I change that?
Moreover, in the bottom section “Font settings” I set up only Google Fonts but I see, from the waterfall, that also Roboto font been loaded.
How can I avoid that?
Thank you.
Hi,
The setting from theme panel will apply only if you are not using a pro demo (those are using cloud templates) and it should apply the global fonts from theme panel, but if you have some pages that were made with tagDiv Composer can have individual settings.
If the settings from theme panel are not apply, then you are using a pro demo, this can be edited using tagDiv Composer -> use the right click to remove the elements you do not want to have in your single post template -> https://i.imgur.com/1gAnLJW.png- > https://i.imgur.com/xCG0Z8h.png
The font can be change by selecting the element and in general tab or style tab you can set the fonts -> https://i.imgur.com/Q5jKCVA.jpg also using the manager you can see what fonts do you have on that page or template -> https://i.imgur.com/55UMHqU.jpg from there you can go on that element or you can change the font directly in manager.
Hope this will help you!
Thank you!
Hi Calin,
Thank you. I’m using Cloud templates. I checked each single section of the homepage (where GTMetrix tell me that I also have the Roboto font: https://imgur.com/a/ilRtOqD). In some sections I specified Open Sans font, in the others I have “Def” as default font. So, what is used as Def font? Where is it specified?
Anyway, as Footer section I’m using the “Footer – COV-19 Italy Report PRO” but I can’t edit it with Tagdiv Composer, so I can’t check which fonts it’s using. Take a look: https://imgur.com/a/ilRtOqD
What can I do?
Thank you.
Hi,
The default Google Fonts: Open Sans and Roboto.fonts can be enable/disable from here -> https://imgur.com/eViu8D4 those are use for classic elements and templates. For pro it can be set only with tagdiv Composer.
The footer template can be edited only from frontend, edit a page/post template with tagDiv Composer and go down to footer, or if you want to assign one, use the manager -> https://i.imgur.com/Q5PeHkp.png (the footer templates does not have the button to be edited in backend).
Let me know the result!
