10.3.9.1 update is forbiden to install

Hello.

When i try to update from 10.3.9 to 10.3.9.1 i get an download failure. Forbiden to install.

I’m fully registered.

So, what is causing it?

Hi sico-tv, is possible to have some defense plugins or modules that are blocking the theme files to be downloaded.
What I can suggest is to use the manual theme update from our guide -> https://tagdiv.com/update-newspaper-theme/

Hello again. Thank you for your reply.

Since no new plugin or module is installed and the update has worked seamless until now, i assume something from your side has changed…
I never had any trouble until this 10.3.9.1 update

Hello !

There can be an old plugin that is in conflict with something new in the theme. Please deactivate all the plugins except tagdiv ones and try the update.

Don’t forget to backup first.
