I don’t know why, but my slider always shown the grey color box. Happens on all pages except homepage.

It looks like the original picture is to small to fit in the slider. The slider requires a picture of at least: 745Ă—483 . If that picture is bigger and appears like that it may be a misconfigured server (missing GD).
