I have tried but can not figure out how to add “additional text” under the Title “Communities” in this Category. Please help.

Hello !
You are using a post loop element there. Unfortunately this is not possible on that element. You will have to open tagDiv Composer, remove the post loop element, and use a Flex Block instead.
