Hi,
You can add the bullet list in a post, using the WordPress editor => https://www.screencast.com/t/UBKljV5yjj15, click sign “+” select List and you can write the bullet list => https://www.screencast.com/t/5ruQWRN0e or click List View -> Classic => https://www.screencast.com/t/dHuBQOYIoc, will appear a toolbar from classic element and write a list.
