I have added a Pinterest element to a page and it only displays about 20 pins from the board. The Pinterest board has a couple hundred pins and I have set the board pins limit to 500. The default limit is 25. Unfortunately this cannot be changed without custom coding which is not covered by the newspaper theme support.
