I am unable to link social buttons to their url’s

Hello,
If you are referring to Social icons, like this => https://www.screencast.com/t/fPqp3tQNl from tagDiv Composer, you can add the URL in the sidebar, after you are on the element => https://www.screencast.com/t/5jGsqMSsC.
Whether isn’t this, please provide more information.
