The only options are to use the image size from here https://i.imgur.com/XvuME7d.jpg and set a different thumb, also if you want you can replace the “Single Post Bg Featured Image” with “Single Post Featured Image” -> https://i.imgur.com/KwxW4dC.png maybe this will adapt better.
