I just checked the site and it works for me, can you confirm that you see this website?
As soon as you enter the Home you can click on any news of the first three to verify that the black side bar I was talking about is displayed on the mobile.

If you have created the mobile version of the page, the right bar is not existed.
The desktop page and mobile page become 2 different templates (designs), which you can edit and arrange the components of each of them differently.

First start looking for a plugin conflict. please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
Also you can try and remove and re-install the tagDiv Composer plugin.
