I want to insert in-feed Adsense ads on the homepage after every 3 posts. I am using Ad inserter plugin, it is working on Category but not on the Homepage. How to resolve this?

Unfortunately this option is not available in Newspaper Theme and also a plugin has not been tested by the developers yet. You will have to test and see which plugin works with the theme.

But not on the homepage. Could you tell me how to make homepage same as Category page(I’ve created Category page using Theme Panel not a pre-built template).

On homepage unfortunately there are no workarounds to have some sort of predefined template. There are only 2 options. Blog roll or a page. You are now using a page.
