You can change the color from Theme Panel -> Theme Colors -> Mobile Menu/Mobile Search => https://www.screencast.com/t/kEkAkE5bO.
For add the social media, you can do that also in Theme Panel -> Social Networks => https://www.screencast.com/t/7POfOeMmb.

To edit which social icons to display, you need to put the URL for your social profile, as you did for the other social networks => https://www.screencast.com/t/7POfOeMmb.
What do you want to edit in the header menu?
