Jetpack EU banner not hiding

Well, apparently is Newspaper theme issue. I was working on ionMag without any problem until I migrated and reached this js error:

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘hasAttribute’ of null

Also, I’m having several mode-less and text.js warnings which I tried to remove cleaning cache after disable td plugins. Not lucky until now.

Edit: Modal lightbox is not including featured image. I’m using a pulse pro template. Default theme seems to work as it used to.
