How do I safely modify my site header (I have a customized version of Italy Pro in production) to add a fixed header row like this: https://d.pr/i/449PXr
I want to use it to showcase particular static pages without compromising my current design that is in production.

Thank you. I played around with that a bit before sending the ticket but part of my concern is that the row width is not going to be the same with the other rows on the page…just like yours. Secondly, which element would I then add to the row?
Aside from the above, my other requirements are that I want them the fixed row to remain visible even on mobile devices. I noticed that not all active elements on desktop are visible on mobile devices. I like that and what I have seen makes sense but how do I determine that behavior with my own custom row?

Also you will have to test because there will be slight changes when elements will be added but that depends on how you set it.
