I need help on how I can set the default website http://www.CatholicConnect.net to Spanish. I already went to the theme panel > Translations > Loaded a Spanish Translation > Saved it.. But I still do not know how to set it as the default language.
I also already tried going to Settings > General > Site Language > and setting it to Spanish but that just changes the admin panel to Spanish and not the newspaper theme and default website http://www.CatholicConnect.net, how can I change it to Spanish?

Using Theme Panel Settings, it will not translate the full website.
