Hi, when attempting to chose a background color for my title’s It doesn’t give me any option/colour chart. Is this normal?

This is the normal way to function.
If in your case is not working like that, then please start looking for a plugin conflict.

You will have to first start looking for a plugin conflict.
Please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
If this problem is not solved after that, then we need to take a look and see what happened there.
