1. I’m not sure on which gap you refer too, please provide your site’s url so we can inspect this and more details about this.
2. Unfortunately this can’t be done as the themes’ width comes from it’s grid and this can’t be altered easily, we don’t recommend this but you want to do it you can hire someone to help you with it as you will need custom work.
3. You can use the theme’s background ad option and set a background image and a background click ad: http://screencast.com/t/PYwYezJ6mgb or find a plugin for it.

Referring to point 1 – the gap I am referring to is, I want the logo height to be bigger – it seems to shrink when I choose the one with advert (style 3) how do I increase the height of the header logo.
