Hi everyone,
I’m getting a completely blank screen when trying to access the theme customization area – as pictured below

Is there any indication of what this could be, or where to start looking?

Hi,
Please update your theme if you are not using the latest theme version (4.6.1), use ftp method: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme/ and make sure that the plugins that comes with the theme are also updated. You can find them in /plugins folder that comes with the theme files that you downloaded.
Also try this without any plugins active, leave only Visual Composer active and also make sure you empty cache/purge files then check again.
