Could you please help me to display the publishing hour on my articles? So far I am just able to display the publishing date. I would like to add something like “Published the: 12 of January at 12h30”

You can change the published date, in WordPress -> Settings -> General in Date Format => https://www.screencast.com/t/94huSdbkN6 where you can set the Date and Time Format.
After that with tagDiv Composer add the element Single Post Modified Date and looks like this =>
