TagDiv Composer Plugin Not Installing

Hi, I am trying a new install of Newspaper X and am getting the following error message in wordpress

Downloading installation package from https://cloud.tagdiv.com/td_plugins/td-composer/c784b8db3e66cd68082f3ff7aa2d70e6/td-composer.zip…

Unpacking the package…

Installing the plugin…

Destination folder already exists. /home/w8622379/public_html/wp-content/plugins/td-composer/

Plugin installation failed.

Could someone help me to solve this issue please? I have tried a manual install as well as from the Newspaper Plugin panel

Hi,

Usually, this problem appears when the folder plugin is already in WordPress plugins. You need to make sure that you remove the theme plugin from plugins (you can also delete the tagDiv Composer plugin using FTP/cPanel) and only after that reinstall it from Newspaper > plugins.
