We are having the same issue:

When we inspect the element in browser, we can see the Chomsky New font but not on website

We have uploaded the .woff extension, through theme panel.
Changed the text font style and updated the website.
Not appearing the new change in fonts.

We have already followed the steps and we have set the fonts from TAGDIV composer from Style section as well. Please check, as we have changed the font for our tdb-logo-text-title (Transcontinental Times).

Please remove them all and let’s try again:
First please make sure that you have the font in ‘.woff’ extension, upload that font in media library -> http://prntscr.com/meluvb -> set the font in theme panel -> http://prntscr.com/melupu save and now try again -> http://prntscr.com/melvlv -> http://prntscr.com/melvvr
