Today, my dev recently updated the website URL associated with our Newspaper theme. Now, I cannot seem to edit elements/rows/columns on the actual page like I was able to before. (This update was the only thing that changed today.)
There was a tagDiv edit tab at the top of the page that I could use to bring up an editing sidebar, but that tab has disappeared. How do I get that back?

Please install and activate the TagDiv Composer plugin which has all this options you described above.
Also, the issue can be from a plugin conflict, that’s why, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
