Bounce rate extra grow from 1% to 70%

I analyzed my stats for 2 NewsPaper sites:

All sites located on my dedicated server.

Bounce rate changes from 2% to 70%
Summer 2021 July – Aug strong change Bounce Rate level
Sites with template NewsPaper

Bounce rate from 2% to 15%
Sites without NewsPaper template –
site 1 – https://prnt.sc/xhx9it
site 2 – https://prnt.sc/xhx7rj
site 3 – https://prnt.sc/xhxgso

It’s very strange.
It looks like only for 2 sites with Template NewsPaper with this extra changes

The changes for stats were done: July – Aug 2020.
I want to identify the problem.
The only 2 reasons:
1/ Template
2/ ExactMetrics Plugin for the Google Analytics that was installed for 2 sited.

Update: I’ve reached ExactMetrics Plugin support – they told me – it’s ok with settings.

Plugin support told me that my settings for the plugin is ok, but the situation the same – abnormal bounce ratio..
Could you let me know – did you release the NewsPaper Template during the period July- Aug 2020 ?
