Hey guys, just a quick one. After installing the crypto demo version to our site it’s asking for us to download the crypto ticker? Can someone please advise which one and where from? Also, how to set it up, thanks.

I’ve tried the method shown in the forum however, nothing appears. The orange background get’s slim and the ticker is not shown. Then you can’t click back on it to edit the content. Can someone show us how to fix this issue otherwise we’ll have to resort to requesting a refund. Thanks.
