Hi!

I created a mobile page and editted it in portrait view. It was perfect over there. However, when I turned to landscape view, nothing was right placed. And also the background colors of my rows didn’t show up. I cannot see how I can get both pages look the same and work perfectly. Hope you can help me as quick as possible.

Hello !

Please make sure to clear your cache. I have inspected your website using a mobile device and the only difference on mobile when in Landscape is that your header logo does not appear. In rest all the colors are there, everything is as it should.

If you don’t see the differences please make sure to clear your cache.

Thank you !

Hi,

Thanks for your reaction. What you are seeing correct right now, is because I made my desktopversion fit for tablet and mobile. I am not using de mobile page anymore, because it just wouldn’t come correct in landscape and portrait view.

Hello there.
At my website http://www.volgenshaar.nl at my mobile my first green row does not stretch when it is in landscape. All the other rows do stretch in landscape. How can I change so that my green row will be good in landscape?

Hello !

I have re-inspected your website and it seems that the issue is fixed now. Please make sure to check on multiple browser / devices, usually due to cache the right version may be harder to be seen.

Thank you !

Hi, after I cleared my cache I still don’t see it correctly in landscape. I Made a screenshot but cannot put it in this message. The problem is not fixed for me. Hope you can help me further.

Hello !

The image must be loaded on a 3rd party website and you can only paste the link to it here.

I have attached 2 images you can take a look on how I see them: https://www.screencast.com/t/qNR6ntRxULkJ ; https://www.screencast.com/t/DSSwyvRcnL

Thank you !

Okay.

So right now I am working again with the mobile pages. I still have the problem that my upper row won’t stretch in landscape (at my own mobile): https://www.screencast.com/t/LOEdo9ymR. How can I fix this?

Second I checked my website at another mobile which has a bigger screen. In portrait, it is like this: https://www.screencast.com/t/dl4T5dn88Ne2
You can see the title here is not centered. Because it is in the same “area” I cannot change it. It won’t be centered on my own mobile, or it won’t be centered at the mobile of the other person. How can I fix this?

Last, the person I checked with the bigger screen, has this screen in landscape: https://www.screencast.com/t/S5hn8pXnfv6. The menu is white and there is no logo. How can I change this?

Thank you.
Hope to get an answer soon.

Hi,

I believe that issue with the background is happening because of the CSS set for the row. I see that the row has a fixed width set https://prnt.sc/y05trs Did you maybe set this width? Please click on that row and check in the CSS tab https://prnt.sc/y05vei

Regarding the title alignment, I see it has a bigger right margin than the left margin https://prnt.sc/y05w6t Please click on the inline text element used, and check in the CSS tab as well.

In this mobile page, have you set a mobile header and footer template? there is something unusual there from what I can see. Please check in the website manager if a mobile header and footer template is set, for example https://prnt.sc/y0615d

Thank you!

Thank you. This was helpful and it is fixed now.

I have a mobile header called ‘Global Template’. In portrait, it is the way I want it (in green, with my logo). If I change it to no header, then I won’t have a menu in portrait. But in Landscape there is a whole different menu type and I don’t understand how I can change this. Because there is no option to have different headers voor portrait and landscape view.

Hi,

The “Global template” is the default setting. A mobile page requires a mobile header and footer template. At the moment there are only the blank mobile header and footer templates available for import https://prnt.sc/y4hchy -> https://prnt.sc/y4hhl1
Same for the footer.
So you can either import the blank header and footer templates and build them in the composer. Or convert a desktop header/footer template in a mobile template like this for example -> https://prnt.sc/y4i680 and customize it further. Same for the footer.
Please give it a try.

Thank you!
