Visual Composer Instead of TagDiv Builder – Header Image Resolution

Hi, I just purchased this theme, and have been already hours quite frustrated.

1. Can you please tell me how I can use Visual Composer instead of The DivComposer.
I see a jumbled mess of Div codes when trying to use Visual composer.

2. The header image I have uploaded is showing all blurry, even with a 1 opacity and an image of a higher resolution than the original demo image.,

please assist,.

I am happy to receive a refund for this theme as I am not happy with the built in Page builder.
