I get this error when trying to load a mp4 video on a post.
It is supposed to support mp4 format.
How do I fix this?

Unfortunately your request does not seem Newspaper Theme related. After some investigations it looks like this is a wordpress issue: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/mp4-media-error-formats-not-supported-or-sources-not-found/
You will have to talk to wordpress support for this.
