Problem on header menu on mobile

Hi.
When I click on the menu logo on mobile all the header menu disappears and I can’t select anything like this image:

Do you know what could be the cause?

Hi,

First please make sure you also test this without any plugins active and leave just Visual Composer plugin active and also empty cache then check again.
If you still have this issue please make sure you download and update your theme to the latest version (4.6.1) then let us know if you still have issues with it and also provide your site’s URL so we can check this.

Hi,

If you are using child theme, please switch to the main theme and empty all caches and test again. If this solves the problem make sure you update the child theme to the latest version. Please let me know!
