Hi, I noticed that a blue bar appears in PageSpeed Insights during the first few seconds of loading my site, causing a CLS problem.
I’ve tried disabling the top bar and other theme panel settings, but this bar keeps loading.
How can I go about deleting it? Thank you.

Hello!
The issue can be from a plugin conflict, that’s why, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
