canit install tagdv newspaper plugin and scuba theme also

We have a geniune regular newspaper theme lisence , after that we cant access plugin what is the reason

Hi,

Please make sure you have activated only the tagDiv plugins. If you have other plugins, please deactivate all. Also, if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
Please send us screenshots with the problem.
