Hello,
First, I add my Google Analytics code in header.php but it’s not working. Then I added the Analytics code in the Theme Panel setting but now it’s only showing Real-Time Reports. It is not showing a complete report.

The correct way is to set up in theme panel. Please make sure you write the correct code there in the block. Also, please search about which settings you need for Google Analytics in order to show a full report.
