You can update the theme only manually via FTP or cPanel, please check our guide https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-how-to-update-the-theme/ and use the method B. Update the theme via FTP.

If you installed another Prebuilt Websites, then the only way to fix it is to restore a backup to database (all changes from theme panel and composer are saved in database).

Please do not share your privet credentials on forum, this is open for all Newsmag and Newspaper users.
Please ask your host to help you to restore the backup, they should know exactly what to do that without causing problems and how to restore the database.
Also the only help for this that I can provide are some guides -> https://phoenixnap.com/kb/how-to-backup-restore-a-mysql-database the support theme do not include this featured (restoring database) therefore I do not have the right skills to do this task, but I’m sure that this will be easily make by your host.
