Hi,
I can’t get the share icons to appear on posts, I have added at bottom of post content in the main column in the ‘Single Template’. They icons show on the example page when editing the template but do no show on live posts/post previews.
I have checked within a live post pages code and the following is included (I added the padding incase the share block was being cover over some how but this has made no difference):
<div class=”td_block_wrap tdb_single_post_share tdi_126_672 td-pb-border-top td_block_template_1″ data-td-block-uid=”tdi_126_672″>
<style>
/* inline tdc_css att */
.tdi_126_672{
padding-top:20px !important;
padding-bottom:10px !important;
}
</style></div>
But nothing is displayed, are there other settings elsewhere I need to make?
Hello,
Please provide a link to your website and some screenshots.
Also, make sure that you have set social share on single post template you have also, select the social that you want to be displayed, using the option for theme panel -> Post Settings -> Sharing => https://www.screencast.com/t/riXxHTikZKa
If the problem persists, make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins, also if you are using a child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
Thank you!
I have checked everything, I think the issue is that there is only one selection available where it says active social share links all I have is ‘naver’.
If I check next to naver and load a post page it appears but how do I add others if there are no others to select?
See the screenshot here: https://wowcompare.co/wp-content/uploads/2021/03/wowcompare-screenshot-social-sharing.png
See a post example here (social share at bottom of post) https://wowcompare.co/insurance/motorhome-insurance/compare-motorhome-campervan-insurance/
How do I add more share options?
Thanks
If you’re seeing only NAVER please make this adjustment in the tagDiv Composer plugin -> wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/common/wp_booster/td_first_install.php
=>https://www.screencast.com/t/yO3iU8E5JhH
Then hit a save in the theme panel and then revert the code back to the original, this will make the social icons appear properly again -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/design-post-pages-using-default-templates/.
If you don’t have success you can send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login, as well as cPanel. We will fix the problem. Include a link to this topic in the email.
Thank you
