Hi,
Neither of these stats are working in the Social Counter sidebar widget that was installed with the Magazine Pro prebuilt site. I tried entering both the Fb page name and the numeric page id and neither worked.
Please advise, thanks!

Facebook should work if you reinstall the social counter plugin and your theme update is done. Before update please make a backup of your website.

Hummm, theme is up to date (v10.3.9.1) and deleted/reinstalled tagDiv Social Counter plugin (Version 4.8 | built on 11.12.2020) and still not working.
