Newspaper inconsistencies across browsers

I have been seeing for a long while inconsistencies in spacing in my front page page when viewed in different browsers. I raised it several months ago and was told it would be on the list. Can anything be done? It makes my front page in some browsers look unprofessional. The site is https://jazzjournal.co.uk.

The problem is in desktop view and occurs in column 3 at the top right of the front page. I’m using Flex Block 1 and Safari. I adjust the column 3 depth using “Layout/Modules bottom space” to add or remove space and line up the bottom of the column with the bottom of the column 2 photo. The spacing is retained live in Safari. But view it live in Firefox or Chrome and column 3 has a vast space at the bottom. Please test this live on your machines across different browsers and/or see the labelled screenshots here – https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1vHqP7GpBSzcCIsdapJ_FlKAjL5-FbrNq?usp=sharing

Thanks
