2- How do you rename the text I have highlighted in green? and can I remove the input for Website?

You should try to modify the file from td-cloud-library/shortcodes/single/tdb_single_somments.php.
Please be careful what you modify, so as not to break anything.

It is pretty tricky to understand what blocks I should invert 🙂 The code is a bit obscure to me.
Would you have any idea by any chance?
