I am using “single post date” and also “posts loop”. Both of these display the date for the article publishes. I also want to display the exact time using the HH:MM format.

Superb. I set it to j F Y \, H:i so now the Newspaper theme is displaying the dates per my instructions! Thanks Bettina!
