How to force footer to stick at bottom of the page if the page isn't long enough

Hi,
One of my pages is not long enough and the footer comes up to the middle of the screen. How can I force it to stick to the bottom of the page.

If you edit the homepage with TagDiv Composer and select the footer, you will have an option like this: https://www.screencast.com/t/NV6I3kLIXaD
