Post settings translation

is it possible to translate these texts?
The texts can be found in the section of editing the post “post settings” in the options under the post in the admin section.

Hello!

In our theme, there is no option to change the language of the post settings.
The settings from Newspaper -> Theme panel -> Translations modify just some elements of your website interface and not the theme panel interface or post settings.
