As you can see in the following screenshot, there are Artists, Arts, Graffiti, and modern which is category siblings, which I did not set, of a category. Where can I edit the category siblings of each article?

Unfortunately, for Category Siblings the theme doesn’t have the option to choose what categories will be displayed.
