An excess area appears at the bottom of the header in the mobile template

I am currently using Header Template 26.

The display is normal on both desktop and tablet, with no extra area at the bottom of the header.

Previews of the Settings screen on the mobile were also normal, but when I browsed on the phone, there was an excess of white space at the bottom, as shown in the red box below.

I later logged out, revisited my site and found an extra section at the bottom of the site, both on my desktop and on my phone.

Please help me solve this problem. I really don’t know what’s wrong with it.

Hello!

I checked your website and it seems to work well on both versions: desktop and mobile.
Did you managed to solve the issue?
If not please send me a screenshot with exactly the part which seems weird to you, so I can help you efficiently.

Thank you!

I didn’t fix the problem, I now make sure the desktop and mobile pages are all as I said above:

Hello!

Try to modify your header with TagDiv Composer plugin or check if you have some spaces when you edit the page with the plugin.
Hope that helps you!

Thank you!

The problem is that I have no idea where to set it so that the extra area below doesn’t appear.Because in the setup preview screen everything is fine. And when I log in to the admin account is normal, only after I log out, the extra area will be displayed.

Please see the screenshot: https://prnt.sc/104h82y

If it is true that my Settings are not correct, please point out to me where I should change the parameters.

I got a reply through my re-sent email just now, and now you should have received it this time.

In order to avoid any more accidents, could you please send another email similar to the one I received from you just now, so that I can know that all you did receive it again this time?

Thank you for replying to this post.
