currently unable to install ‘prebuilt website’ templates as well. Is a theme activation code required to install a prebuilt template? Thank you.

If you are not successful using these two methods, please send us some screenshots, with problems that appear when you try to activate it.

And try after that to activate the theme.

both steps were tried and no success I also did a complete reinstall of the theme and created a new db as well. sending email now.
